Brand-new units and exceptionally nice staff who give such a perfect service. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including fresh bread and cheese.- Good and unbeatable location, walking distance to everywhere.

Breakfast was excellent by French standards. Bed was good, service at check-in very helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied overall.

The breakfast room is probably much too small. From 9:00 there may be waiting times.

Possibly the best and nice stay on vacation. Pleasant staff, great and lovely location close enough to the historic center. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Brant nearby. Airy, neat room with balcony.

It was a fantastic base for sightseeing in Strasbourg. the location was excellent and unbeatable, walking distance to a boat dock. - A cathedral and a church were walking distance to the hotel.

the location was perfect for our purposes, the staff was super friendly, the room was big enough, the beds comfortable, the bathroom big enough with hairdryer and cosmetics, the breakfast very well balanced with very good food and attentive service and in the bar you could enjoy good drinks and nice service

The staff is very pleasant, providing good service. The deluxe room is huge and well-equipped with key card access, a work desk, and TV. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the cathedral and a tower we wanted to visit. The views of the cathedral are lovely. Guests can easily park their cars on the street.

The hotel is a great base for shopping. The room is spacious with a large bath and snacks provided. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Strasbourg Christmas Market. It's nice to be within walking distance of a tower and castle in the charming area. It was the perfect way to end our Christmas.

We liked the location, the staff, the room. Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything.

The cost of breakfast was 20 Euros per person. Optional, so we didn't choose it.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, the cleaning of the room was good.

Strasbourg is a small city and the hotel was around 5 minutes walk from the centre but there are many hotels in the centre ( I don’t see this as a big issue) The worse thing is the prices and I took a deluxe double room with river view but the fact is the there is trees between you and the river that you hardly see the river. I don’t recommend to pay much more for that river view window. The variety of the breakfast was OK for me but maybe other people find it little.

Fresh bread and cheese provided, along with a brand-new double room featuring a large bath and A/C, making it a comfortable and fantastic choice for my stay.

The location of this place is excellent with a Catholic cathedral just around the corner.
